1. File and Folder Search
Clicking the top 🔍 search bar allows you to search for files, folders, and comments using the search function.

You can search by entering search terms and excluded search terms, and you can search with multiple words separated by commas (,).

When entering multiple words for search, you can set the properties of the comma (,) through the condition selection at the bottom of the input field.
- Search criteria
- OR condition: This condition searches for files, folders, or comments that contain at least one of the multiple input words.
- AND condition: This condition searches for files, folders, and comments that contain all the entered words.

You can search for content that includes specific users through the user filter.

You can specify a folder to search, allowing you to search only within a specific folder. If you do not specify a folder to search, it will search across all folders.
2. Searching using tags
You can add tags to the file and search based on them.
- Add TagSelect a file or folder and add tags in the details panel. You can use multiple tags.
- Tag SearchSearch for files or folders that contain the specified tag by entering the tag in the search bar.
- Tag FilterUse the tag filter on the search results page to narrow down search results based on tags.
3. Check Recent Documents and Search Terms
On the main page, you can check the recent documents and recent search terms.
Recent documents
- Recently viewed documents are displayed in reverse chronological order, and double-clicking a document opens it in a new tab via web Office.
- Click the refresh icon in the upper right corner to update the document.
Recent search terms
- The recently searched keywords appear in the left menu. They are displayed in the order of the keywords on the left, sorted by the most recent.
- You can delete the search term by pressing the X key.
